Who we are

CompanyFetch provides a business-information lookup service. Privacy/grievance contact: admin@companyfetch.com.

What data we process

We display company-level business information (legal name, registration identifiers, registered address, switchboard numbers, role-based emails, firmographics, public social profiles) sourced from official registries (GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, UK Companies House), open data (Wikidata), the company’s own website, and other public sources. Named-individual and direct-contact data, where shown, is restricted to authenticated premium access, is not indexed by search engines, and is access-logged.

Lawful basis

For business-contact data we rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in providing a business-information service, balanced against data-subject rights. We do not sell personal data. Where applicable laws (EU GDPR, India DPDP Act 2023, California CCPA/CPRA) apply, you have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection.

Your choices

You may request removal or correction at any time via our data request form. Suppressed records are blocked from display and do not reappear after updates.

Cookies & advertising

We use a strictly necessary session cookie. If advertising is enabled, third-party ad and measurement partners may set cookies on company-level pages; we honor consent signals where required and never place advertising on pages containing personal-contact data.

Retention & security

Cached records expire and are re-verified periodically. We minimize stored personal data and apply reasonable security measures. We never store raw visitor IP addresses (only salted hashes for abuse prevention).
